A vibrant and colorful still life painting full of reflective light and color... This painting is about half way completed. Painting the flower leaves and potpouri underneath glass has been a really big challenge for me but it has been a great learning experience. I am finally painting full-time after retiring from my full-time govrement job of twenty-one years. Soon after I retired two years ago, my family and I dealt with my dad being terminally ill. Lost a lot of painting mileage but now I am growing again as an artist... I paint every day now!
